Required skills:

·Experience with Ruby on Rails required.
·Experience with web development (HTTP, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Javascript).
·Skilled at requirements gathering, user testing, and feature definition.
·Good sense of design when going from requirements to implementation.
·Strong ability to add “polish” and deliver complete and usable systems.

·B.S. in Computer Science, HCI, or 3+ years of development experience preferred.

Desired skills:

Experience in growing large-scale and data-intensive Rails infrastructure a plus.
