Company is less than 5 employees today but well funded. Product launch is coming soon. The founders are well respected in the Silicon Valley and have both had previous successes with pre-IPO companies!
Required skills:
2+ years of experience developing production level Ruby on Rails / Python / Lift applications
Front-end web development and design using DHTML, xHTML, Javascript, AJAX, CSS, etc.
Understands user experience, user interface
Experience working in a start-up environment
Extremely strong interpersonal skills
