We’re looking for rockstar code ninjas to help us continue to build and improve iList. You’ll work on iList, as well as a slew of iList’s little helpers. You’ll need to be able to work in a team environment to rapidly make changes to existing features as well as build out new features.

Required skills:
- BS in Computer Science, related degree, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years working with Ruby
- 1-2 years working with Ruby on Rails
- Experience with REST APIs
- Rigorous testing with rSpec
- MySQL
- Lucene/Solr
- Capistrano
- Competent with Linux (don’t need to know everything but you shouldn’t need training wheels)
Desired skills:
- Experience working with oAuth
- Experience integrating with various social networks using their APIs
- Experience developing social network-specific applications
- Experience working with social network data portability protocols (ex. Facebook Connect, MySpace Data Availability, OpenSocial, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Git SCM
- Experience scaling (not the servers/hardware but the application)- this involves DB sharding and caching (including working with Memcached)
