Backchannelmedia’s TV click-through to the Internet solution merges the direct marketing, Internet advertising and TV advertising industries into one platform driven by actual television viewer response results. It allows TV advertisers, broadcasters and other TV content distributors such as cable and satellite operators to measure viewer engagement using the power of the Internet in real time. This is accomplished by inserting bookmarkable elements into commercial spots and in-programming and providing the viewer with the ability to forward them to a customizable portal on the Internet.
