Marcato Digital Solutions is developing a fully integrated and scalable web-based management service for the global music industry. Marcato’s web based service is being designed to facilitate the scheduling, management, promotion, need to track and manage fragmented revenue and remuneration streams and general accounting for music industry artists managers and supporting organizations. We are looking for two Ruby on Rails Programmers and one Systems Administrator.

Required skills:

Required for Programmers:
- 5+ years of programming experience (minimum) with PHP and MySQL databases creating web-based applications and websites with dynamic content and management systems
- At least one year experience working with the Ruby on Rails web application framework
- A mastery of semantic HTML and CSS
- Some experience with a version control system (such as Subversion)

- Complete project milestones with a high degree of schedule accuracy and quality from requirements to testing and implementation

- Experience working in a team-oriented development environment
- Technical degree/diploma (University CS degree preferred)
- 4-5 years experience programming of software and wed applications
